Concept
CASA MANI sets out to be a new lighttower hospitality project with a strong, explorative personality. We believe time is the substance we are made of and aim to offer memorable hospitality experiences. We intend to channel life changing experiences with meditative environments and a strong sense of aesthetics, addressing diverse interests and lifestyle into a one-of-a-kind hospitality brand.
Architecture
We are in the process of constructing 4 houses with approximately 180 sqm each. All houses provide 5 bedrooms plus an extra, smaller bedroom, a double-height lounge with a chimney, its own swimming pool looking over the polo or the lake and a large verandas and open air lounges and barbecue areas with soft grass and lots of light. Each house also has a covered terrace. The architecture is modern, clean, sustainable and functional using wood, marble and stone as a base materials. Each house is furnished with a mixture of modern and vintage pieces and is decorated with the works of well-known contemporary photographers.
Land & Garden
Our guests will dwell in the calm and settling atmosphere of the Tuscan hills, overlocking fields, cultivations and grazing horses. Soft yet consisting winds provide a permanent sense of mental hygiene and order. The experience of space sets a sense of rootedness. Feeling lost, perhaps free. Within the wide open fields, cozy and inviting guests houses give a sense of community and belonging. They are shelters against external and internal forces. We thus contribute an immense importance to simplicity and harmony.
Experience Design
Better, faster, stronger is not what experiences are about. Our experiences are not products to be consumed but memories to be created. They are real people, living creatures and ecosystems which have an equal right to fatigue. Our guests understand that nature is not a documentary. They desire authenticity, engagement and true and honest pleasure. Instead of chasing the perfect light, picnic spot, animal sight, climatic conditions, we provide abundance. Whether by riding a horse in the countryside, gardening workshops and activities or picking a tomato from the garden and cooking it after local recipes.
Dining
We believe in genuine and simple food. We care for fresh ingriedients and traditional recipies, sometimes adding modern twists. Food is another most enjoyable way of connecting to nature and ecosystems. We intend to bring the process alive, from season and seed, to harvest and processing.
Bar
Sundowners deserve their place in everyones (holiday) agenda. We create drinks that celebrate simplicity, the seasons and a sense of place. To come together, to wind down, to converse or to listen to the sounds of the setting sun.
